central stay
central location bigger room excellent price
i appreciated the central location near many attractions. the room was bigger than i expected which was a plus. the price point was excellent for what i got.
the shower curtain did not prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor. this was inconvenient after each shower.
Dining
8/10
the breakfast choices offered enough variety to start the day well. there was a selection of bread available. there was also a machine dispensing pancakes, although it looked like staff had to assist with it.
Service
9/10
the reception team was friendly and cute, particularly ervin, who checked me in. they safely stored my luggage before check-in. the staff were helpful with directions and local information.
Location
9/10
the location is central and provides easy access to many attractions. the ferry terminal is within walking distance. the hotel is located on a busy road, near some budget accommodation.

some issues with the room.
poor insulation single beds
the staff at the reception were responsive.
I was not pleased with my room. the beds were two singles pushed together, i felt the gap between them. also, the noise insulation was very poor. I hear everything from the room next door.

Acceptable Stay
room cleaning nice location poor breakfast dark room
The location was convenient. I found a supermarket and pharmacy just across from the hotel. Daily room cleaning was a good feature.
The breakfast felt poor for the cost. I found staff unable to resolve shortages. The breakfast room was also dark.
